I'd like to work abroad. We have branch offices all over the world, and I want to work at one of our offices in the future.
There are pros of working abroad. For one thing, if I work abroad, I can reduce my working hours and I will have good work-life balance. In Japan, I and my co-worker work overtime everyday. On the contrary, we work less at the office abroad. For example, at the office in Paris, workers reportedly end their work at 5pm. So they can enjoy what they want to do after work. They can enjoy dinner with their family, do sports, and see cinemas or so on.
For another thing, if I work abroad, I can improve my English speaking skills. In Japan, we seldom have a chance to speak English unless you try to have an opportunity. I can speak English if I go to school for English conversation in Tokyo, but that would be only a part of my life. But if I work in Canada, I will speak English constantly in daily life. And also, I will learn negtiation skill from doing daily work . Since there are lots of work that we need to negtiate with foreign people at our office in Tokyo, improving English skill is essential for us.
