そうすると、

人の認知に働きかける、空間づくり。生活環境づくり。

人をクリエイティブにする空間作り。

人を安心させる空間づくり。公共交通の存在自体が安心感（今は使わなくても）を含めて。

人の認識に働きかけを行うことによる、公共交通の利用促進、観光行動の変化（観光客のマナー、自然保護を含めて）。

人のの判断に働きかける、定量的な言葉による、環境行動の変化。環境投資の変化。

など、など。。

やっぱり人の気持ちに何かしらか一ひねり、いきたいところだよね。
